Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the WayloShare Service, as they contain important information about your legal rights, obligations, and limitations.
WayloShare Private Ltd. (“WayloShare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform under the brand “WayloShare” that connects Drivers who have empty seats in their vehicles and plan to make a Trip, with Passengers seeking transportation for the same Trip (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are made available through our website at www.wayloshare.com, its subdomains, and any mobile applications provided by WayloShare (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), whether or not you register for an account. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using the Service. Failure to comply may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
The Service is offered solely as an online platform through which Drivers and Passengers may post and arrange Trips for Carpooling purposes in a strictly non-commercial or non-professional capacity. By using the Service, you acknowledge that WayloShare is not a party to any agreements between Drivers and Passengers and has no control over the conduct of any Members. WayloShare is not an insurer, agent, or broker, and all liability is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.
Common definitions
A “Member” is a Driver, a Passenger, both or any other registered user of the Service.
A “Driver” is a person using the Service and offering spare seats in their vehicle to share with other Passengers.
A “Passenger” is a person using the Service and Booking seats in a Driver’s vehicle.
An “Account” is created by a Member to access the Service.
A “Trip” occurs between an origin and a destination at a given date and time and includes details such as a pick-up point, drop-off point, space for personal items and the number of seats available. A Trip is created and maintained by a Driver.
A “Booking” refers to the act of paying the Contribution for a Trip through the Service before the Trip happens.
A "Request” is posted by a Passenger looking for a Trip between an origin and a destination on a particular date.
A “Contribution” or "Trip contribution" refers to a sum of money agreed and paid by the Passenger to the Driver to cover the costs of a particular Trip and can’t accrue profit for the Driver.
A "Booking fee” is a service fee added atop of a Contribution and paid by the Passenger when Booking on a Trip.
A “Payment” refers to the total amount of money paid by a Passenger when Booking on a Trip (Contribution + Booking fee).
A “Payout” refers to the Contributions accrued from Bookings on a Trip and sent back to the Driver using their preferred Payout method.
A “Payout fee” is a service fee deducted from a Driver's Payout from the Contributions they receive from Passengers on a Trip.
A “Payout method” refers to the method used to send a Payout to a Driver, either UPI (preferred) or Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS / NEFT).
The "Cancellation allowance" is the ability for Drivers to cancel a maximum of one Trip with approved Passengers or one approved Booking every six months.
“Taking a ride”, “Carpool” or “Carpooling” refer to the act of sharing a Trip in a vehicle amongst a Driver and Passenger(s) in exchange for a Contribution.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Wayloshare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Service or to modify these Terms of Service, including the Booking fee, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms of Service, we will post the modifications on the Service or otherwise provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms of Service. By continuing to access or use the Service after we have posted a modification on the Service or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Service. If the modified Terms of Service are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Service.
Your responsibilities
We ask Members to verify their Account through their email or phone number. We do not investigate any Member's reputation, conduct, morality, criminal background or any other information posted on the Service. You are responsible for exercising common sense and determining the suitability of other Members of the Service. We encourage you to communicate directly with potential Drivers or Passengers through the Service and to take the same precautions you would when meeting a person for the first time.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members of our Service. We will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other Members. We reserve the right to monitor interactions and restrict access to any Member who is posting material we consider objectionable.
Release
WayloShare operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between Drivers and Passengers. WayloShare is not a party to, and does not control, any agreements, arrangements, or interactions between Members.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you agree that in the event of any dispute, disagreement, claim, or conflict between you and another Member, you release and discharge WayloShare, its founders, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or in connection with such dispute.
This release shall not apply where such exclusion or limitation of liability is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
Your Conduct
As a Member of WayloShare, you agree to act responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith while using the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the following obligations:
Drivers must operate their vehicles safely and responsibly, in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including traffic rules and motor vehicle laws. Drivers must not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance, and must ensure that their vehicle is in good working condition, properly insured, and compliant with required inspections and legal requirements.
Members shall not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual rights.
Any information obtained through the Service may be used only for purposes directly related to facilitating a Trip and shall not be misused, shared, or exploited for any unauthorized, unlawful, or commercial purpose.
Members shall not interfere with, disrupt, misuse, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the WayloShare platform, systems, or services, and shall use the Service in good faith.
The Service shall not be used to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, misleading content, or promotional material.
Members must treat other Members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, abuse (whether verbal or physical), intimidation, stalking, or any form of inappropriate or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
The Service is intended solely for non-commercial, cost-sharing carpooling. Members shall not use the Service to offer or provide commercial, professional, or for-profit transportation services unless expressly authorized by WayloShare in writing.
Drivers must declare, for each Trip created on the Service, that the Trip is incidental to their own personal travel and that they are not operating in any commercial, professional, or for-profit transport capacity. By creating a Trip, Drivers expressly confirm: “I confirm that this Trip is incidental to my own personal travel and that I am not operating as commercial transport.”
Members shall not register for or use the Service on behalf of another individual and must ensure that all information provided during registration and use of the Service is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Members must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Members shall not assist, enable, or encourage any third party to engage in conduct that violates these Terms, the policies of WayloShare, or any applicable law.
Members shall not:
- Transport firearms, explosives, prohibited weapons, hazardous materials, or any items prohibited under applicable law.
- Use the Service for transportation of illegal goods, narcotics, stolen property, or contraband.
- Operate commercial courier, parcel delivery, logistics, or goods transport services through the platform.
4.1. Reporting misconduct
If you believe that another Member has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to offensive, abusive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behavior, or has engaged in any conduct that is unlawful or disturbing, you are encouraged to take appropriate action, including reporting such behavior to the relevant local authorities where required. You may also report the matter to WayloShare through the support channels provided on the platform. You acknowledge and agree that any report made to WayloShare does not obligate WayloShare to take any specific action, initiate investigations, or assume any liability, and that WayloShare’s role is limited to taking such steps as it may deem appropriate in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Use and access of the Service
WayloShare operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between Drivers and Passengers. WayloShare does not provide transportation services. All Trips are private arrangements entered into directly between Members, and WayloShare is not a party to any such arrangements.
The Service is intended solely to facilitate private, non-commercial carpooling between Drivers and Passengers. Members shall not use the Service to offer or accept transportation services for profit or in any commercial or professional capacity, unless expressly authorized by WayloShare in writing.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from generating profit from any Trip. Any Contribution collected through the Service is intended solely to share and offset reasonable travel-related costs such as fuel, tolls, and vehicle wear and tear. A Driver shall not derive profit based on the amount of the Contribution, the number of Trips offered, the frequency of Trips, or the number of Passengers transported. This principle applies to all Trips, Bookings, and any arrangements made through the Service.
WayloShare may provide suggested Contribution amounts for Trips based on factors including distance travelled, vehicle category, estimated fuel consumption, toll charges, vehicle operating costs, and other platform-defined variables. Drivers may only set Contributions within limits determined by WayloShare. WayloShare reserves the right to restrict, modify, or reject Contributions that appear excessive, commercial in nature, or inconsistent with the cost-sharing principles of the Service.
Drivers shall not provide, and Passengers shall not request or accept, any additional or ancillary services beyond the agreed Trip, including but not limited to package delivery, waiting services, unapproved pick-ups or drop-offs, detours, or the transportation of additional passengers not included in the Booking.
All Trips, including pick-up and drop-off locations, timings, and agreed stops, must be pre-arranged and confirmed through the Service prior to commencement of the Trip. Drivers shall not collect Passengers from any location or at any time that has not been agreed upon through the Service.
The Contribution suggested by WayloShare is intended solely to facilitate fair cost-sharing and does not guarantee recovery of the Driver's actual Trip expenses. The number of available seats offered by the Driver shall not by itself determine or materially alter the suggested Contribution amount.
Members acknowledge that using the Service in a commercial or professional manner may invalidate a Driver’s motor vehicle insurance under applicable Indian insurance laws.
WayloShare shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a Member’s failure to maintain valid insurance or from the use of the Service in breach of its non-commercial nature. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in carpooling complies with insurance, permit, and legal requirements.
WayloShare does not provide transportation services and does not operate as a carrier, agent, broker, or transport operator. The Service functions solely as a technology platform enabling Members to connect and coordinate Trips with one another. WayloShare does not control, direct, or interfere with Trips, routes, destinations, schedules, or the conduct of Members. Any carpooling arrangement or agreement exists solely between the Driver and the Passenger, and WayloShare is not a party to such arrangements and bears no responsibility for their performance.Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of a Member’s Account, temporary or permanent restriction of access to the Service, and any other action deemed appropriate by WayloShare in accordance with applicable law.
To access the Service, each Member must create and maintain a personal Account. Registration may be completed by logging in through approved third-party authentication services or by registering with a valid email address and password. Members must verify their email address and mobile phone number and maintain access to these communication channels while using the Service.
Members must provide accurate and truthful information, including their legal name, a clear profile photograph, and personal details as required by the Service, and must promptly update such information if it changes. Members agree to be the sole users of their Accounts and shall not share Account access or credentials with any other person.
All communications, representations, Bookings, Payments, and use of Service features shall be made solely by the Account holder and not on behalf of any third party. Members shall not create or operate multiple Accounts or use the identity of another individual.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their Account. Any unauthorized use or suspected security breach must be reported to WayloShare immediately.
Eligibility to access or continue using the Service is determined at WayloShare’s sole discretion. WayloShare reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to the Service for any Member at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable law.
WayloShare further reserves the right to modify, restrict, limit, or discontinue the availability of the Service, including restricting access to certain users, regions, or destinations, or making reasonable exceptions to platform policies, as necessary for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
Features of the Service
Trips
Drivers create Trips on the Service by specifying the origin and destination, date and time of departure, number of available seats, and any other relevant details. The Driver listed for a Trip must be the primary driver responsible for the Trip and may not delegate driving responsibilities to another person without prior disclosure. If an additional driver is to assist during the Trip, this must be communicated to and accepted by all Passengers before departure. During a Trip, Passengers may communicate with the Driver through the Service and submit Bookings to reserve seats.
Messages
WayloShare provides an internal messaging service to facilitate communication between Members. Drivers and Passengers may use this service to discuss Trip details, clarify pick-up points, or share other relevant information related to the Trip. Personal contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, or external website links, must not be shared through the messaging service until a Booking has been confirmed, ensuring privacy and safety for all Members.
WayloShare may provide tools allowing Members to report, block, mute, or restrict communication with other Members. Abuse of messaging features may result in account restrictions or suspension
Bookings
Passengers may book one or more seats on WayloShare only by making an online Payment through a valid UPI ID, credit/debit card, or wallet linked to the Service. Once the Payment is successfully processed, the Booking is confirmed, and both the Driver and Passenger are obligated to honor the Trip. Cancellations are subject to the policies defined in the Service.
Notifications confirming the Booking are sent to the email address or mobile number registered with WayloShare. Bookings are valid only under the registered Member’s name and are void if made under any other name. Drivers must ensure that their vehicle has sufficient seats and seatbelts to safely accommodate all Passengers for the Trip.
Currency
Drivers can choose between two systems to manage Bookings on their Trip:
Request to book: Drivers manually approve or decline each Booking request. Passengers place a Payment authorization when requesting a seat. The Driver must respond within a set time frame (1–24 hours). Approval captures the Passenger’s Payment and confirms the Booking.
Declining voids the request and releases the Payment authorization. If the Driver does not respond within the time frame, the request expires, and no Payment is captured. Passengers may also withdraw their Booking request at any time before approval, without any charges.
Instant book: Drivers may allow Bookings to be automatically approved without manual intervention. Payments for Instant book Bookings are captured immediately, and the Booking is confirmed instantly. All Instant book Bookings are final and subject to WayloShare’s cancellation policy.
All Payments and Payouts on WayloShare are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Passengers may make Payments for Bookings online only, using UPI, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets linked to the Service. Cash, e-transfers, or any other offline or unauthorized Payment methods are not allowed and may result in account suspension or closure. Payments
are collected securely through a third-party gateway approved by WayloShare, and sensitive financial information is never stored on WayloShare’s servers.
A Booking fee is added on top of the Trip Contribution and is collected from the Passenger at the time of Booking. Payouts to Drivers are made after a clearing period to allow for disputes. Contributions owed to Drivers may accrue interest under exceptional circumstances, but Drivers agree not to claim interest.
Members must comply with all requests from WayloShare or financial institutions to prevent fraud or money laundering, including providing valid identification. WayloShare may freeze funds or restrict access if a Member fails to comply.
Drivers can receive Payouts via Bank transfer or Paytm/UPI wallet:
- Bank transfers require valid Indian bank account details. WayloShare is not responsible for errors in account information, and Payouts to incorrect accounts cannot be reversed. Additional verification may be required for security.
- Paytm/UPI wallet Payouts are processed in INR. Exchange rates apply only if a different currency is used.
After a Trip, Payments from Passengers undergo a clearing period of four days to allow for disputes. Once cleared, the Contribution portion of the Payment is sent to the Driver. Payouts are processed daily. Estimated processing times are 2–5 business days for Bank transfers and 0–2 business days for Paytm/UPI wallets. If a valid Payout method is not provided within 365 days, the Payout is forfeited to WayloShare.
To receive a Payout, Drivers must:
- Arrive at the pick-up point at least five minutes early.
- Inform Passengers of any Trip modifications before departure. Passengers may cancel without penalty if they do not agree.
- Not leave early and attempt to contact any missing Passengers.
- Drive safely to the agreed destination.
- Not operate the Service commercially unless explicitly approved.
WayloShare charges a Payout fee, deducted from the Trip Contribution, during the Payout process.
Cancellation policy
6.2.1. Driver Cancellations
Drivers may cancel Trips without approved Bookings at any time.
Where a Trip has one or more approved Bookings, Drivers are expected to honour their commitment to complete the Trip. Driver cancellations occurring within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled departure time may negatively impact the Driver's profile score, platform reputation, visibility, and account standing.
Repeated cancellations, excessive cancellation behaviour, no-shows, or conduct deemed unreliable by WayloShare may result in warnings, profile score penalties, temporary suspension, permanent account deactivation, or other enforcement measures at WayloShare's sole discretion.
If a Driver cancels a Trip after one or more Passengers have completed a Booking, all affected Passengers shall receive a full refund of the Contribution and Booking fee. Drivers may receive a cancellation review and profile score penalty.
If a Driver fails to appear for a scheduled Trip without prior cancellation, WayloShare may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the Driver's Account, and all affected Passengers shall receive a full refund.
WayloShare may, at its sole discretion, waive cancellation penalties in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Driver's reasonable control.
6.2.2 Passenger Cancellations
Passengers may cancel a Booking at any time before the scheduled departure of the Trip.
Refunds and credits shall be processed as follows:
- More than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled departure time: 100% of the Contribution shall be refunded to the Passenger. The Booking fee may be retained by WayloShare.
- Less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled departure time: The Passenger shall not be entitled to a cash refund. The Contribution amount shall be converted into WayloShare Wallet Credit, which may be used for future Bookings on the platform. The Booking fee shall be retained by WayloShare.
- After the scheduled departure time or in the event of a Passenger no-show: No refund or Wallet Credit shall be provided. The Driver shall receive the full Contribution in accordance with WayloShare's payout process and the Booking fee shall be retained by WayloShare.
WayloShare Wallet Credit is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used for future Bookings through the Service. WayloShare reserves the right to determine the validity period, usage conditions, and expiration of Wallet Credit.
Passengers who repeatedly cancel Bookings at the last minute or repeatedly fail to attend confirmed Trips may receive warnings, profile score penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent account deactivation.
6.2.3. Disputes
Disputes relating to Bookings, Payments, Refunds, Wallet Credits, Driver cancellations, Passenger cancellations, or no-shows must be raised within four (4) days of the scheduled departure time of the Trip. After this period, all Bookings, Payments, Refunds, Wallet Credits, and Payouts shall be considered final.
Identity Verification & KYC
WayloShare may require Members to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification, driving licence, vehicle registration documents, photographs, and other information deemed necessary.
WayloShare reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, revoke, or re-review any verification status at its sole discretion.
A verified badge indicates only that the Member completed WayloShare's verification process and does not constitute a guarantee of trustworthiness, safety, driving ability, or conduct.
Ratings & Reviews
Following completion of a Trip, Drivers and Passengers may submit ratings and reviews regarding their experience.
WayloShare reserves the right to remove, moderate, edit, restrict, or investigate reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, retaliatory, or otherwise violate platform policies.
Repeated abuse of the ratings system may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Community Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to our Community Agreement, which provides a clear outline of the standards and expectations for all Members using WayloShare. The Community Agreement highlights responsible behaviour, respectful communication, safety, and lawful use of the Service. All Members are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a positive and trustworthy environment for Drivers and Passengers. Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policies
Anti-Discrimination Policy
WayloShare is committed to being an inclusive community. Discrimination against any Member on the basis of race, caste, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected under Indian law is strictly prohibited. Allegations of discrimination may result in temporary or permanent suspension of a Member’s Account.
Anti-Harassment Policy
WayloShare is dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all Members. Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or online harassment, based on sex, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic, will not be tolerated. Members who violate this policy may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed. No Member will face retaliation for reporting unlawful harassment.
WayloShare may investigate complaints and take action including warning, suspension, restriction of platform features, removal of content, or permanent account deactivation.
Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment is any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature that makes a Member feel offended, humiliated, or intimidated. This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted physical contact, sexual remarks or jokes, sexual propositions, obscene gestures, and sharing or displaying sexually explicit material. Using the WayloShare platform to access, view, or share sexual content in a harassing manner is strictly prohibited. Allegations of sexual harassment may lead to temporary or permanent closure of a Member’s Account.
Reporting
If a Member believes they have experienced harassment or discrimination, they should immediately report the matter to WayloShare through the designated reporting channels. Reports will be investigated promptly, and corrective action will be taken where necessary. Complaints will be handled as discreetly and confidentially as possible under the circumstances.
Privacy
WayloShare respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information while using our Service. The Service is designed to allow Members to share only necessary details about Trip dates, locations, and related logistics. We may also collect other personal information for verification, Payments, Payouts, identity checks, and other Service-related purposes, which is not displayed publicly.
By using WayloShare, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
Third-Party Content
While using WayloShare, you may encounter content from other Members or third parties (“Third-Party Content”) through the Service or via links to third-party websites or applications. WayloShare does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for Third-Party Content. You acknowledge that accessing or using such content is at your own risk, and you should exercise due caution and evaluate the accuracy, legality, and suitability of such content before relying on it.
WayloShare complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and implements reasonable security practices to protect personal data.
Liability, Warranties, Indemnity, Intellectual property and other Legal matters
Limits of liability
Unless prohibited by applicable law, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) or other Indian consumer protection laws, WayloShare shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages), even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from or relating to: a) your use or inability to use the Service, b) costs of replacement or acquisition of any goods, services, or information obtained through the Service, c) disclosure of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of your data, d) loss or corruption of data, service interruptions, or procurement of substitute services, e) your conduct or that of other Members in connection with the use of the Service, whether online or offline, or f) any other matter arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. WayloShare’s total liability to any Member shall not exceed ₹2,000 or the maximum amount permitted under Indian law.
Disclaimer of warranties
Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You use the Service at your own risk. WayloShare expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
WayloShare does not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Information obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
- Any errors in data, software, or the Service will be corrected.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WayloShare, its affiliates, and representatives harmless from any claim, demand, action, damage, loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable law. WayloShare reserves the right to control any defense or settlement in such matters.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is owned by WayloShare or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other applicable laws. You may not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.
You may not systematically extract or collect data from the Service for commercial or competitive purposes, including creating databases, directories, or downloads. Framing, embedding, or similar use of the Service is prohibited without prior written consent. Ordinary hyperlinks to the Service are allowed.
Legal compliance
You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in India, including but not limited to traffic, consumer protection, payment, and data protection laws. Any illegal or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service and other legal action.
No Employment or Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or representative relationship between WayloShare and any Member. Drivers act solely in their personal capacity and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of WayloShare.
Termination & Discontinuance of Service

WayloShare may suspend or permanently deactivate Accounts for reasons including but not limited to:
- Submission of false information.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Repeated Trip cancellations.
- Harassment or discrimination.
- Safety complaints.
- Fake identity verification documents.
- Commercial use of the platform.
- Payment abuse or chargeback fraud.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
