Before you delete
Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. Before you send a request:
- Finish or cancel any upcoming rides you've booked or offered.
- If you drive, make sure any payouts owed to you have been received.
- Settle any open refund or dispute, so nothing is left unresolved.
How it works
- 1Send your requestFill in the form with the mobile number you use to sign in to the app.
- 2We confirm it's youWe may contact you on your registered mobile number or email to check that the account is yours.
- 3We delete your dataYour account and personal information are deleted or anonymised, except anything we must keep by law.
- 4You get a confirmationWe email you once your account has been deleted.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, photo, date of birth and gender
- Your login and contact details, including your mobile number and email
- Saved and recent routes, preferences and notification settings
- Vehicles and payment methods saved to your account
- Your messages and your public profile, ratings and reviews shown to other members
What we may keep
As set out in our Privacy Policy, some records may be kept after your account is closed only where needed for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Tax obligations and financial record keeping, such as payment and payout records
- Fraud prevention and enforcing our platform policies
- Resolving disputes
These records are kept only as long as those purposes require, then deleted.
